PISTON PUMPS
Piston Pump | 12 Volt | 1-4 psi
The FUELFLOW 015 electric piston pump is our most popular pump worldwide. It is a universal replacement fuel pump and has been specifically designed to suit a wide scope of vehicle applications. The 015 piston pump is popular as an electric replacement fuel pump on carburetted vehicles that have 4 – 6 cylinder engines with a fuel requirement of up to 1.5 litres per minute. Typically, these vehicles are family-sized cars with small to mid-sized engines, up to 3000cc.
FUELFLOW 015L Fuel Pump – Low Volume
Piston Pump | 12 Volt | 0.5-2 psi
The FUELFLOW 015 electric low pressure piston pump has been specifically designed to suit engines that have a need for low pressure fuel supply. This is a specialist pump that would generally be used as a replacement fuel pump on carburetted vehicles that have low pressure fuel systems such as motorbikes, vintage vehicles, go-karts and stationary motors.

The FUELFLOW 020 electric piston pump is a universal replacement fuel pump and has been specifically designed to suit as wide a scope of applications as possible. The 020 piston pump would generally be used as a replacement fuel pump on carburetted 4, 6 or 8 cylinder engines with a fuel requirement of up to 2.0 litres per minute. Typically, these vehicles could be described as large cars with larger than average engines and a higher than normal fuel requirement.
FUELFLOW 020P Fuel Pump – Performance
Piston Pump | 12 Volt | 1-6 psi
The FUELFLOW 020P electric performance piston pump has been specifically designed to suit engines that have a higher demand for pressure and flow. The 020P electric performance piston pump would generally be used as a replacement fuel pump on carburetted vehicles that have high performance engines including V8’s and Rotary’s. Typically suitable for all vehicles up to 5000cc.
Piston Pump | 24 Volt | 1.25-5 psi
The FUELFLOW 024 electric piston pump is our 24 volt model. This is a specialist replacement fuel pump and is suited to any application that has a 24 volt power supply. Although this pump is used in a variety of different applications it is typically used as a diesel lift pump or for all vehicles up to 5000cc (where 24 volt supply is used).
Piston Pump | 6 Volt | 1-1.25 psi
The FUELFLOW 060 electric piston pump is our 6 volt model. This is a specialist replacement fuel pump and is suited to any application that has a 6 volt power supply. Although this pump is used in a variety of different applications it is typically used in motorcycles and vintage vehicles.
DIAPHRAGM PUMPS
Diaphragm Pump | 12 Volt | 0.5-2 psi
The FUELFLOW LM102 electric diaphragm pump is loosely styled on the original SU type electric fuel pump; our version has solid state electronic switching (i.e. no contacts). It is a specialist low pressure replacement fuel pump and has been specifically designed to suit vehicles that operate a low pressure fuel system. Although this pump is used in a wide range of applications it is typically used in vintage cars and most commonly the Morris Minor.

The FUELFLOW 1LM12 electric diaphragm pump is loosely styled on the original SU type electric fuel pump; our version has solid state electronic switching (i.e. no contacts). It is a universal replacement fuel pump and has been specifically designed to suit as wide a scope of applications as possible. The 1LM12 electric diaphragm pump would generally be used as a replacement fuel pump on carburetted vehicles that have 4 – 6 cylinder engines and a fuel requirement of up to 1.0 litres per minute. Typically, these vehicles could be described as your normal family-sized car with small to mid-sized engines of up to 2000cc.

The 15LM12 electric diaphragm pump would generally be used as a replacement fuel pump on carburetted vehicles that have 4 – 6 cylinder engines and a fuel requirement of up to 1.5 litres per minute. Typically, these vehicles could be described as large cars with larger than average engines and a higher than normal fuel requirement (vehicle with engines up to 5000cc).

The 2LM12 electric diaphragm pump would generally be used as a replacement fuel pump on carburetted vehicles that have 6 or more cylinders and a fuel requirement of up to 2.0 litres per minute.
